We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general usage data. This information may be collected through standard web technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies and is used to operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely to provide, operate, maintain, and improve CallPilot. This includes answering calls, generating transcripts and summaries, applying call transfer preferences, troubleshooting issues, supporting customers, maintaining service quality, enforcing our Terms of Use, complying with legal obligations, and protecting Skyrise Digital and others from fraud, abuse, or misuse.

We do not sell customer data or caller information. We do not use call data for advertising purposes. We do not use customer or caller information for marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to providing the service.

3. Call Recording and Consent

CallPilot records incoming calls and generates transcripts as part of its core functionality. By using CallPilot, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to forward calls to the service and to consent to call recording on behalf of your business.

Skyrise Digital is not responsible for your compliance with laws governing call recording, consent, notice, or disclosure. You are solely responsible for determining what laws apply to your business and for ensuring compliance.

Calls are not actively monitored unless necessary for operational support, troubleshooting, service improvement, legal compliance, or protection of Skyrise Digital’s rights and interests.

4. Data Retention

Skyrise Digital does not intentionally retain call recordings, transcripts, or caller information beyond what is necessary to provide and operate the service. We may retain limited information for troubleshooting, security, compliance, or legal reasons, and we may also retain data as required to enforce our Terms of Use or protect our legal rights.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Skyrise Digital does not sell, rent, or trade customer data or caller information.

We may share or disclose information with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate CallPilot and deliver the service, including call processing, transcription, infrastructure, and related operational services. These providers may process information only to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use such information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skyrise Digital, our customers, callers, or others.

Some of our service providers may process data in different jurisdictions. By using CallPilot, you acknowledge that information may be processed or stored in locations outside of your state or country where data protection laws may differ.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
