CallPilot processes incoming calls forwarded to the service. As part of providing the service, CallPilot may process call audio, call recordings, call transcripts, and information provided by callers during the call, which may include a caller’s name, phone number, email address, and the reason for the call.

This includes answering calls, generating transcripts and summaries, applying call transfer preferences, configuring and activating accounts, communicating with customers about setup, activation, free trial support, trial reminders, subscription continuation, troubleshooting issues, supporting customers, maintaining service quality, enforcing our Terms of Service, complying with legal obligations, and protecting Skyrise Digital and others from fraud, abuse, or misuse.

We do not sell customer data or caller information. We do not use call data for advertising purposes. We do not use customer or caller information for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to providing the service.

3. Call Recording and Consent

CallPilot records incoming calls and generates transcripts as part of its core functionality. By using CallPilot, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to forward calls to the service and to comply with all applicable call recording and consent laws.

Skyrise Digital is not responsible for your compliance with such laws.

Calls are not actively monitored unless necessary for operational support, troubleshooting, service improvement, legal compliance, or protection of Skyrise Digital’s rights and interests.

4. Data Retention

Skyrise Digital does not intentionally retain call recordings, transcripts, or caller information beyond what is necessary to provide and operate the service.

We may retain limited information for troubleshooting, security, compliance, or legal reasons, and we may also retain data as required to enforce our Terms of Service or protect our legal rights.

Data retention periods may vary depending on system requirements, service functionality, and operational needs.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Skyrise Digital does not sell, rent, or trade customer data or caller information.

We may share or disclose information with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate CallPilot and deliver the service, including call processing, transcription, infrastructure, and related operational services. If you become a paid subscriber, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not intentionally store full credit or debit card numbers on our own systems.
